Oriental Kittens

The kitten’s eyes have started changing colour and most of them are a lovely shade of aqua.  Hopefully they will end up a beautiful green, like Lola & Rudi.  Unfortunately this is something I really cannot take a photo of!

Lola’s kittens continue to do really well, and now usually come rushing when I feed them first thing in the morning. Play sessions have got longer and harder, and they are sleeping less. It’s still like a switch though – asleep, awake, asleep! It’s getting really hard to get photos except when they are asleep,

I’m astonished to find that Lola’s kittens were 8 weeks old yesterday (27th August) and I was ringing the vet to arrange for their first vaccination next week!  They are doing very well.  All of them are eating well and I think they’ve had a growth spurt as a result. They run around like mad

Some of us have made it to the top of the very tall cat tree, and some others into mums’ litter tray.  We are so clever!

When I found the cinnamon and fawns, and the black and blues making two lovely little groups I couldn’t resist picking my camera up…  🙂

Got dead lucky and managed to get another group photo, with all of them looking at the camera.  They look a bit ke little pixies with the light coming through their ears.

UPDATE:  All kittens now have homes. We will be ready for our new homes in mid-October, so it’s time for us to start looking.  We will be vaccinated, wormed, chipped, neutered and registered with the GCCF, and we will come with our goodie bags.  We look rather surprised here as our servant was making some
